The Training Split Database provides details on each of these goals, if the training split is more conducive for accumulation phases or intensification phases and if the training split is suited for beginner, intermediate or advanced in relation to their specific goal.
Each training split has an example mesocycle demonstrating how it can be implemented with each goal, a total of 21 different mesocycles included. This provides sample programs we would use for each specific goal!
