The content covered within this seminar is highly technical and most specifically applies to team sport athletes.
Students will learn a systematic process for taking their athletes from Assessment & Testing through Off-Season, Peaking, In-Season and Transition periods to maximize Individualized Athletic Performance.
The attendees will learn how to program all the intricacies from Exercise Selection, Timing of Training Methods and Application of Speciality Techniques, to Periodization of Mesocycle and Macrocycle Parameters for Enhanced Training Results.
As a coach, you should practice and understand Testing prior to taking your athletes through the Assessments. During the Seminar you will experience first-hand the Assessment Procedures as well as specific Training Methods.
The goal of this 3-day seminar is to provide you with the tools to individualize all facets of programming for your athletes based on specific testing protocols and timeframes available to maximize their athletic performance.
