Schedule: 3 Days, 9AM-5PM with 2x Day Training Sessions
PAABs (Progressive Anatomical Adaptation Blocks) provide a foundation for better movement patterns and range of motion in the key joints that are involved in the performance of the 8 Primary Movements (PRIMEIGHT).
PAABs should be used with clients who are unable to perform the Primary Movements, currently have Non-Optimal Movement Patterns or have Lingering Injuries. PAAB can also be implemented with Intermediate and Advanced trainees needing to refine their programming in order to promote further Strength Development, as well as with Athletes Transitioning into their Off-Season.
The content covered within this seminar is directed towards preparing the trainee for the demands of sustained strength training.
Students will learn a systematic approach to programming techniques and methods promoting Work Capacity and Load Tolerance across all major joint structures involved in strength training.
The attendees will learn how to program all the intricacies of Progressive Anatomical Adaptation Blocks (PAABs) for the purpose of establishing a well-rounded strength base for improved training performance and longevity.
The goal of this 3-day seminar is to provide you with the tools to individualize all facets of programming for your client based on progressions and timeframes available to maximize their strength training potential and skillset.
