12-Week Limiting Lift Programs
Every Limiting Lift (Optimizing Strength Ratio) Macrocycle is a 12-Week Program consisting of four 3-Week mesocycles.
Beginner: Trainee that has a background of strength training, but has not been introduced to Eccentric, Isometric and Speed Strength Methods
Intermediate: Trainee that has a minimum of 1 year of implementing Eccentric, Isometric and Speed Strength Methods
Advanced: Trainee that has a minimum of 3+ years of implementing Eccentric, Isometric and Speed Strength Methods.
These programs are designed to increase the strength levels of your current Limiting Lifts. Each program addresses one Lower Body and one Upper Body Exercise in a periodized program to peak your Limiting Lifts at the end of the 12-Week Macrocycle.

- Program Specific Overview
- How to Execute Eccentric, Isometric & Speed Strength Methods
- Loading of Primary Exercises
- Training Matrix
- Training Sessions with Exercise, Sets, Reps, Tempo & Rest
Please note that these programs require an equipped gym as they implement a variety of exercises or Speciality Techniques.
