Schedule: 3 Days, 9AM-5PM with 2x Day Practical Sessions
This course aims to teach the student the intricacies (progression, loading, application, etc.) of Specialty Techniques involved in the Long-Term planning of Advanced Strength Training.
This seminar is a combination of theoretical and practical segments as the students will be required to execute all the methods taught during the lectures.
Students will learn and complete a Strength Assessment on Day 1 to allow for proper loading of each method during the practical sessions.
The goal of this 3-day class will be for students to fully understand how to program and apply special methods for optimal development of hypertrophy, absolute strength, relative strength and power.
